This is a preorder.
The timeline is honest.
You reserve.
Your payment is collected at checkout. Your edition number is assigned in order of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
We produce.
Gesture No. 1 is manufactured in small batches. Production is underway. Estimated completion: Q3 2026. If anything changes, you will be the first to know — not the last.
We ship.
Once your unit passes quality inspection, it ships directly to you in a matte-black rigid box. Each buckle is individually numbered. You receive tracking the moment it leaves our facility.
Preorder timeline is an estimate. If it changes, we email you immediately with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Transit times are measured from ship date, not order date. Processing takes 1–3 business days after your order ships.
If your order does not arrive within the guarantee window, we will reship or refund in full. No forms. Email hello@shopformalapology.com with your order number.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs fees. These are set by your country's government — not us — and are your responsibility. We cannot predict or control them. Contact your local customs authority if you have questions.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update. If tracking shows no movement after 7 business days, contact us.
WRONG ADDRESS
You have one hour after placing your order to correct a shipping address. After that — or once the order transfers to the carrier — we cannot guarantee changes. Double-check at checkout.
